Ambulance Service
AR-Command - Ambulance Billing
AR-Command was built from the ground up to meet the needs of the Emergency and Non-Emergency transportation provider. AR-Command is based on pure accounting principles and over 40 years of experience providing medical transportation systems.
AR-Command provides unprecedented data security, user access control and a full accounting audit trail. AR-Command complies with HIPAA requirements of today and into the future.
AR-Command is easy to learn and easy to use. Using the Windows architecture, AR-Command takes full advantage of the familiar "Point and Click" actions for all functions. The on-line Help file and screen prompts for each entry field provides simple instructions, so that even novice users look like experts.
AR-Command is an "Open Architecture System" using Microsoft SQL as a relational database. This makes it easy for users with minimum training to be able to create their own reports. No more being under the mercy of a programmer.

CAD-Command - Ambulance Dispatch
CAD Command is a comprehensive Computer Aided Dispatch system with many unique features and options. Yet, the CAD Command system is easy to learn and easy to use. Among the features is a flexible Call Taking format which permits a rapid release of an Emergency call with data update at a later time. The Call Taking process can schedule calls for immediate release, specific date and time release or Standing Orders for a specific period. The E911 interface offers a direct interface with the ProQA system. The Call Taking process provides for extensive documentation specific to each incident.
Dispatching is a "Point and Click" process. The system automatically records the times of each state of a call. The system has special provisions for tracking the special needs of a Neo-Natal or CCT transport.
CAD Command's other unique features include automatically paging a crew when a call is assigned to them, map lookup of call locations, crew shift change notification and an automatic alarm to notify status delays.
CAD Command offers interfaces for Vehicle Tracking and Billing Systems.
When CAD Command is combined with FleetCommand, the resulting system provides additional capabilities not available on any other system, such as automatic status update and automatic location identification and tracking of Emergency calls until a unit arrives at scene.
